We need to see documentary evidence of a minimum of 100 assignments and 400 hours of public service interpreting. This may take the form of claim forms, pay advices or certification by work providers. Please note that for these purposes we do not take account of work for Immigration, the Home Office or local authorities.

Please give the details of two referees. One should be a professional person of standing in the community who has known you for at least five years. The other should be somebody for whom you have worked as an interpreter in the legal field, such as a solicitor.
I have subscribed to the DBS Update Service and I consent to any of the Directors of APCI receiving update information (within the meaning of section 116A of the Police Act 1997) in relation to my criminal record Certificate for the purposes of asking an exempted question within the meaning of section 113A of the Police Act 1997; or in relation to my enhanced criminal record Certificate for the purposes of asking an exempted question for a prescribed purpose within the meaning of section 113B of the Police Act 1997.

I apply to become a member of APCI (‘the Company’) and I request that my name be entered into the Company’s register of members.

(b) payment of the costs, charges and expenses of winding up, and
