Application for membership and provision of guarantee (Companies Act 2006)*

I apply to become a member of APCI (‘the Company’) and I request that my name be entered into the Company’s register of members.

I understand that APCI is a company limited by guarantee and I undertake to contribute a sum of up to £1.00 (one pound sterling) to the assets of the Company in the event of its being wound up while I am a member or within one year after I cease to be a member, for—

(a) payment of the Company’s debts and liabilities contracted before I cease to be a member,
